What is "Last Review Date"?

The “Last Review Date” tracks the most recent date a subject successfully underwent a full FICA review.

Please keep in mind that this feature is specifically designed for subjects loaded into the system as a “Business Relationship” or an “Employee”.

Instead of manually calculating when a client needs to be reviewed, ClientScanner now uses the “Last Review Date” feature combined with your specific Risk Matrix settings to automatically populate the deadline for the next review.

Never miss a deadline, since the system will automatically notify you when a subject is due for their review, ensuring you remain compliant without the administrative burden.

What is a "full FICA review"?

To ensure your risk data is comprehensive, a full review in ClientScanner includes (but is not limited to, as it remains subject to the requirements set out in your RMCP) the following:

A new sanction scan.
Adverse news check.
Politically Exposed Person (PEP) scan.
New ID verification/entity verification.
A fresh risk calculation.

Where can I find this new field?

The “Last Review Date” feature will be active the moment you onboard a new subject (when added as a “Business Relationship” or an “Employee”) and it remains fully accessible whenever you need to update details on the “Edit Individual/Entity”, or “Employee” screens and when viewing the “Subject Summary” screen. Furthermore, to assist you, we have ensured this data is automatically captured in both your individual PDF downloads and the Client List Excel Export.
